We like the amenities. Our kid was able to spend her birthday in Dreamplay, we had dinner in Mary Grace which are all within the COD. They also had fun swimming.

Not happy with payment.. booked with Visa Debit $272.00 then got a message a day later debit not accepted, pay by Credit card ,so i did. on payment when i arrived was charged $298.00 no explanation.....

“One of the best”
We were upgraded as it was our honeymoon and the suite we were given was amazing. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the casino on the G floor is pretty nuts. My only slight problem was that Nobu restaurant is shut Monday and Tuesday, which is the nights we were staying so we didn't have the meal we came for.

“A smooth, enjoyable stay from start to finish.”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Karl at the reception, who was very helpful and assisted me throughout my stay. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
