“PLS FIX CHARGING DISCREPANCY VS”
I will hold my feedback until my billing issues have been corrected. We were mischarged upon payment. The bill reflected a higher amount than what was offered. Either the discount was not considered or there were hidden charges. While booking the amount was 197USD (12+k in Php) but after payment it charged 18+kPhp which was even more than the offered amount in USD. They said they would give me a feedback in 24 hours (that was as of April 30). Today is May 6 and still no good news.
