“Small apartment, fantastic building – great location”

This single room apartment is in a great location, although the traffic was heavy, corner Roxis and Dapitan streets and only 6 km from the international airport - cheap using a Grab taxi. The building itself is beautiful, the accommodation staff are friendly and helpful and the armed guard at the front door makes things feel very safe! I was grateful to be on the 39th floor and even there, I could hear sirens most of the day and for some of the night. Hamid, the owner of the accommodation made contact with me almost immediately - which was really great. He offered me helpful tips and communicated with me about the security and what I needed to do. I’m very grateful that he did that. He was my first contact in the Philippines. Great communication. There is a Bank literally 30 m from the front door including ATM machine; and 20 m around the corner, a small convenience store, for which I was very grateful.

A cozy and beautifully designed place! The bed was spacious enough for our small family, and the amenities were excellent—TV with Netflix, good WiFi, a water heater, and a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. The host was outstanding, reaching out before and after our stay with helpful information that made our time in Manila even more comfortable.

This apt is wonderful! The location is ideal. Bank, grocery store laundromat everything you need. Beautiful pool. The views were amazing as you are on the top floor The owner was most helpful and answered all texts promptly. Easy access from the airport Grab taxis we're great! Highly recommend staying here!
