Good location. Big room, comfortable bed. We appreciate the fridge but it's standing randomly in the middle of the room because it's too big to fit under the counter 😆

After a very disappointing first stay of 4 nights, I couldn’t cancel the second reservation without losing my money, but the second time I stayed they gave my parent and I a better room This time there was a decent amount of water pressure in the shower (not like the first time) The room had a mirror And this time it was a much more pleasant stay

“Hostel standard for one night stay”

We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. When we arrived, the reception staff treated us poorly and insisted that the room we had booked was for four people, even though we had clearly paid for a room for six. Instead of helping us or properly checking the reservation, they were rude and uncooperative, making the check-in process stressful and uncomfortable. To make things worse, they provided us with two dirty camp beds as a “solution” and told us that it was either that or we should leave and find another place to stay. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially considering we paid for a proper six-person room. Unfortunately, this situation severely affected our stay, and we would not recommend this property based on our experience with the reception staff.

The hotel was only a 10-15 minute stroll to Manhattan Beach. The room was big. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was included. The hotel is only 400m away from a great Thai restaurant. Close to LAX

Walking distance to the beach and groceries like Target. The place had breakfast even though on booking it said it does not. TV had modern options like netflix, youtube. Generally in a nice and safe area of LA

We had an issue with our booking. Our reservation was for a room with four queen-size beds to accommodate seven guests, but upon arrival, we were given a room with only three queen-size beds. The hotel receptionist acknowledged the mistake and had to find an alternative solution by arranging an additional room in a different hotel. However, we were still charged the full price for the original booking, despite not receiving the service we paid for.
