“A great stay”
This apartment is almost perfect. The location and the comfort of this place makes up for its wear and tear. The view from the balcony is great. We could watch the waves for hours... beautiful sunset too. Most importantly, it is in a quiet residential area. The people we met on the street are friendly. We enjoyed long walks along the beach. The owner is very responsive and friendly too. We could stay a bit longer in the apartment on the day of check out. It makes up the gap before our check in time to next hotel. Very appreciated.

“Perfect beach getaway”
Couldn't get much closer & the view of the coastline & Catalina (on a clear day) was a bonus. The one thing I would say is this property is not one for those that can't do or have a hard time doing stairs, but it's definitely worth doing the stairs to/from the unit. Plus, is that you don't need to go to the gym.
