A beautiful room with a small area where you can enjoy coffee, tea, and sweets (included in the stay). A spacious and comfortable bathroom, newly renovated, with good pillows and a quality mattress. A cozy balcony with a sea view. The location is perfect.

“Perfect location for Manfredonia and for a vacation at the beach”
Very nice decorated, very clean, near the beach, perfect location for Manfredonia. We had the red studio which has a chicken and which is very quiet, having the view to the indoor courtyard. Even if the breakfast is not provided, you receive coffee, tea, toast, some biscuits, nutella and gem. Also filtered water is available on the hallway. The host is very nice, always available on WathApp and recommended us the free parking nearby and some nice restaurants. Also the cleaning lady is very attentive, every time is asking you if she can provide you anything and even if she does not speak English, is using the phone to communicate with you. We definitely recommend this booking and for sure we will book again if we will be in the area. The city is beautiful, has a nice beach and the water is great during the summer.

“A very cute place in the centre of Manfredonia.”
The place is literally in the centre of Manfredonia. If you have a car, there is a very convenient and big public parking lot (you need to pay, but it's very cheap if you do the daily pass). The B&B has style and the manager has been accommodating and responsive - we asked for an iron and a board and it was in our room in just a few hours.

“lovely room , lovely town shame host wasn’t physically available”
very close to the port and centre of the town, very clean and great to have use of a balcony with a sea view. sandy beach is a five minute walk. host sent directions to the property with pictures via WhatsApp , cups, bowls and plates in the little kitchen/ sink area in the room very quirky
