Location is excellent - right by the lake, 5 minutes away from a nice little beach, bar and restaurant. 10 min drive from a supermarket. We had an entire floor (la Breva) - plenty of space for 5 people. All bathroom amenities are German brands and everything works. Excellent AC. Garage is large enough for 2 big cars.

Excellent view over the lake como. Beautiful location and neighbourhood with historical buildings around. Bus stop and train station nearby. Two bathrooms was a plus. Beach bar couple hundreds meters away with very nice personnel.

What we liked the most were: the beauty of the villa with its spacious rooms and classic design; amazing views on the lake that we could appreciate both from the balconies and the private terrace; very comfortable stay with all the amenities; parking spot in a garage; very friendly and easy-going hosts.

Big 3x bedroom apartment with lovely view of the lake and mountains. Well equipped kitchen ( I only missed the coffee maker to enjoy a good coffee in the morning) . Spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms. Good location but you will benefit from having a car. A private garage is a big plus. Good communication with Roberta, easy check-in and check-out process.

“Charming Stay with Gorgeous Balcony Views”

Our family had a fantastic stay here! At first, we had a bit of miscommunication, likely due to language barriers, but Roberta and Alessandro quickly resolved it. When Alessandro realised we didn't have a car and had arrived in a quiet village on a Monday, when most things were closed, he went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of that first night. We loved being away from the busy parts of Lake Como, enjoying the peaceful village of Olcio, yet still having easy access to Varenna (trains don't run after 9pm but this wasn't a problem for us). It's exactly why we chose to stay here and it definitely delivered. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus as well. The view from the balcony was simply unbeatable!! It was looking directly onto the stunning lake and definitely memorable.

Great communication with the owner, clear instructions on how to reach. Fantastic view of Lake Como from the balcony. Nice traditional village a few minutes walk from the train station.
