Amazing place to stay with views of lake como. Outdoor area has 3 levels, sun lounges, a pool and tables and chairs undercover. We only used the sun lounges and dipped our feet in the pool. Room very clean with comfy bed and soft pillows plus ensuite. Martina very friendly as well as Verdiana our breakfast host. Breakfast was very yummy, with a different treat each day, and thank you for the takeaway brekky as we had to leave early and a lift to the train station by Verdiana. Just a side note if you have no car the trek up is very tough, we found that the bus was not available when we wanted. Very enjoyable stay, thank you 😊

“Nice place to stay for a couple of days with parking”

The most important advantage is closed parking (not on the street). The view from the terrace is wonderful. The location is relatively not far from the lake. There were no other guests, so it was quiet in the room. The apartment provides baby bed and chair for the breakfast. You can use kettle any time you want.

We had the place to ourselves so even with kids it was relaxing. Safe parking, comfortable room, nice breakfast and a relaxing outdoor area.

The parking slots are also very good. Be aware that the accomodation is on a hill, which gives you a wonderful view but the walk down to the water takes about 25 min and walking up again can be a bit challenging for elderly people. Anyways we would definitely stay here again!

Immaculately clean. Beautiful garden, good lake view. Martina very friendly and helpful, allowed us to use cutlery, wine glasses, microwave etc. Secure parking. Good supermarket nearby (Iperol) as well as restaurants with takeaway service.

Charming, small guesthouse. Very high level of cleanliness and a comfortable bed. Everything is perfectly organized. Delightful staff. Beautiful garden with a view of the lake. Breakfast prepared by the owner is top-notch, seriously like in an exclusive restaurant! The guesthouse is wonderful, Martina is incredibly kind, and everything is fantastic! The town itself doesn't offer much, but it's perfect for a peaceful retreat. Private parking with a locked gate ensures plenty of privacy and security. There's also a cellar with wine, beer, and preserves that you can select and purchase at any time. We will definitely return!
