“Absolutely amazing. We stayed 4 nights but 3 would be great too. They organise lots of things for you and very family f”
The staff are hands down the reason this place is so good. They are unbelievably friendly and helpful, and we felt incredibly welcome and looked after. The breakfast and food is especially good, price is right and plenty of choice. They were really friendly with all our family and our 2 children (age 1 and 3). Extremely accommodating.

“Avoid at All Costs - False Advertising, Filthy Rooms & Freezing Showers”
I strongly disagree with the previous review. My stay was a disaster from start to finish. The bedroom had cockroaches, the location is actually a 2-hour drive from the main city (nowhere near what the ad claimed), and the water in the rooms is ice-cold. The food was passable at best, but definitely not worth the price. Save yourself the disappointment, don’t go.

“Lush green surrounds with an interesting experience.”
The property is a converted tea factory and surrounded by a lush green tea plantation. We received a warm welcome and the staff were keen to ensure we had everything we needed. The tour of the factory was informative and added an interesting experience to our stay. The rooms were well equipped and we liked the way the factory elements were used to keep the theme throughout the rooms. Lunch was tasty and we enjoyed everything they served. As we were leaving early in the morning, they kindly packed our breakfast for us to take with us.

“An amazing stay in the midst of the tea plantations”
An amazing property set high in the tea plantations.Surrounding countryside is spectacular.The building itself is amazing and the staff are super.We enjoyed every minute of our stay .The tea factory experience was great and we did a guided walk to the waterfall.Lovely swimming pool.

“Unique experience”
The place is unique and away from the crowds. Great way to learn about tea making in Sri Lanka. The staff was very attentive . Thanks for all the small touches( snacks, gift and they even filled our water bottles twice a day). The building has character. We got great advice from the naturalist for a walk and enjoyed the pool in the plantation.

The two-day stay was overwhelming! Even the journey by taxi from Nuwara Eliya was very scenic and impressive! The rooms and the restaurant were fantastic for us as a family. Good food and of course good tea ☕️😊. On the second day, a taxi was even organised for the onward journey to Kandy.
