The bed is not good, the back sweats, it feels very hot. They seem to be using a thermal pad on the bed. Even in this cold, I had to leave the AC to sleep.

Had to pay for breakfast. Thought there would be a continental breakfast.

Our room had a very bad oder coming from inside. The AC was not working properly and it was a hot day. When I called to be switched or have it fixed, I was told there weren't any other rooms available and that the maintenance employee would come take a look at the AC but never came.

We rented two rooms, both had A/C with no remote. I called the front desk few times no answer, went downstairs, she told me she has to ask maintenance in the morning, I said the room is too cold to sleep and she has to do something. I insisted she gets it from other rooms, she went to a back office and about half hour later, sends someone with me upstairs to get the remote. First of all, why they don't have the A/C with adjustable thermostat on the wall? Then why they don't have a spare remote? and no policy to do something in these situations? It was a long day and I only needed a room to sleep...

I reserved a room with two beds. When I arrived it was only one. I did not stay. Vince is supposed to be getting me a refund since they did not have my room.

The staff was wonderful, especially the overnight front desk gentleman, very welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. the room was large and the bed was very comfortable… the tv was oddly small considering the size of the room. otherwise it was a very nice room and a good price.
