“Fantastic place to stay”

Amazing hotel, delicious breakfast, super comfy bed. 5 star

“Not at all happy. I used to be Holiday Inn regular customer. The standard has fallen to a low level.”

Staff was not friendly at all. They don't talk courteously. Do not pay attention even when you are standing there. Toilet flush got stuck several times. Very poor toiletries supplies.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to local attractions and easy to access. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Holiday Inn to anyone looking for quality and comfort during their travels!

Breakfast was free and delicious, best thing about waking up. Hot tub was amazing. Hotel was like pictures and so many convenient places around. Drive less than 20 minutes to a metro and depending on your driving skills and traffic could get to dc in less than an hour. If you just want to hang around manassas, it great because so many stores and restaurants down the street.

We used this hotel in Manassas as a central base to go to the Skyline Drive, Udvar-Hazy Air and Space Museum, National Museum of the Marine Corps and the Great Falls Park. For this it was a great location.

“very uncomfortable due to the unexpected fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night!”

There were signs that the fire alarm testing would be done during normal business hours, however it went off unexpectedly and without notice multiple times in the middle of the night during one of nights, my 8 year old son had a panic attack and couldn't sleep all night long. this experience haunted him for the rest of the stay and my wife and I would stay up with him. I reported the front desk, but they didn't show any remorse.

You have to speak with management to have the pool door opened... kinda weird. And the pool closes at 9...most hotels have pool open til 10. The pool room was steamy and hot...uncomfortably so, so we left. :/
