“Outstanding Guest Relations Service by Iman ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
I had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. A very special and heartfelt thank you to Iman from Guest Relations. She was absolutely exceptional throughout my stay. Her professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference to my experience. She went above and beyond to assist me and generously arranged a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. Team members like Iman are a real asset to the hotel and deserve recognition for the outstanding level of service they provide. I would also like to thank Ariana at the Front Desk for her assistance and professionalism during my stay. The security staff were very respectful and welcoming, and the shower and changing facilities at the beach were excellent.

“A night of the best nights!”
My sister's wedding was at the hotel, and it was an extraordinary night! The hall was beautiful, and everything was perfect. It was also my birthday, so I celebrated in the room. My happiness was doubled! The breakfast was excellent!!
