This contemporarily designed 5-star hotel is directly attached to City Centre Bahrain, the largest mall in the kingdom. The mall features Wahooo! “I canceled at the reception. It was enough to put me off.”
I arrived after a long road trip. My arrival (19:15) was long after the usual checkin to be surprised that I have to wait more than an hour to get my room. The reception staff was so careless and unprofessional. BTW many people were there waiting for their rooms too. The lobby was crowded.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is well-located, making it convenient to access key areas and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with good attention to detail. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would recommend it and would consider staying again.
