It is difficult to rate a holiday apartment that is advertised as "awesome" because such an advertising statement leads to a particular expectation of the condition and quality of the accommodation. If the accommodation is actually quite good but not exceptional, the guest is initially disappointed - completely unnecessarily - and that is actually only because of the exaggerated advertising. That was the case for us here, too, because this is a nice, unusually designed holiday apartment in which we quickly felt at home, but no, unfortunately we do not think it is "awesome". It is in a quiet location, in a small forest, but still in the immediate vicinity of the town center, shops and restaurants, and is part of a larger complex with many, apparently identical apartments. In the middle of the complex there is a pool, a whirlpool and a house with washing machines and dryers for shared use (fees apply). The holiday apartment was clean, very comfortably furnished and decorated, Smart TV, WiFi and all kitchen appliances worked perfectly, there was plenty of hot water in the shower and there were enough good white towels. There is a parking space almost directly in front of the door. On the upper floor, which can be reached via a somewhat steep staircase, there were two queen beds, one 4,6 feet wide on the wide upper landing, which can be separated by curtains from stairs and bathroom as well as from the living room, which is open to the upper floor, and a second one, 4,9 feet wide, in the bedroom - with a door on one side but open to the rest of the living area on the other. This design may be advantageous, for example, to maintain acoustic contact with children, but would be less practical for two married couples. Victor, the host, was very concerned about our well-being and was always available and approachable. Communication with him via Whatsapp was particularly quick and easy. Overall, we felt very comfortable here in Mammoth Lakes.

Family of 4. Everything was perfect. The property was big and very clean, furnished with brand new appliances, TV, sofas-beds, fully equipped kitchen. We found it really beautifull but practical at the same time. We found everything we needed. Free parking, just 10 meters from the door entry. Victor, the owner, has been alwais available and very helpful. Shops, restaurants and coffee shops everything within 10 minutes walking.

The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to cook well for myself and four kids using the stove and oven. The dishwasher functioned without a problem. There were lots of blankets, linen, and pillows. Victor was in touch with me on arrival without a problem when I had my initial questions entering the property.

Fantastic villa conveniently located in the main town. Beautiful lodging with 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms in a loft design. Consistent hot water supply. Adequate and powerful electric heaters for the cold nights(-13°) with a wood fireplace for added ambience. Full kitchen, oven, microwave, large 2 door fridge, dishwasher, and all utensils, spices and condiments included. Free parking just outside the villa. Flat screen TV with Amazon Prime account included. For Netflix, you can login yourself or just screen share from the phone. Bargain grocery store, pharmacies, and shops a short walk away. Victor was easily contactable on the app. Overall, a wonderful experience.
