“A stay that felt like home and taught me so much”

I booked Shey’s Traveller Inn in Camiguin for seven nights, and it turned out to be such a wonderful stay. The place was always incredibly clean, and the care put into maintaining it really showed. Abigail, Jay R, Eva, and everyone there were genuinely kind and welcoming. During my stay, I not only felt at home but also learned so much about Filipino culture, even picking up some Visaya along the way. On my last day, when my ferry got cancelled, Abigail kindly accommodated me for an extra night without hesitation. That small act meant a lot. I truly wish I had stayed longer. If I ever return to Camiguin, I would not think twice before booking this place again!!

The hostel has the perfekt location. It’s first row to the ocean and you can enjoy your breakfast with ocean view. Abigail and the other family members are always happy to help in all concerns.

The friendliest staff, most accommodating staff ever. 😁 They let me check in early, they flagged down trikes and made sure I know the fare. Also, they let you cook and bring your own food. There's also a BBQ stand nearby. Affordable, too!

This place was the perfect place to stay on the beautiful island of Camiguin! Super friendly family, a very big kitchen and everything was clean and lovely. Especially enjoyed lying in the hammock on the balcony and listening to the sound of the waves!

The location is strategic and close to many attractions in the northern part of the island Budget accommodation with great seaview Spacious room Abigail is very kind to arrange transport and order meals on behalf of those who do not rent a bike. Most of my transport and meals arrangements were sorted out instantly by her and I'm grateful. This place feels like a home. More than just a home. With adequate amenities to get going in a beautiful island. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. The owners (and the family) were so kind and wonderful, it was extremely clean all the time, they help with everything you want. The kitchen is great for cooking yourself, beds are comfortable and the view is amazing.. Will definitely go there again!!

Thank you for my incredible stay. It was only 3 nights but I felt directly home in this place ! The view, the family, the small capacity, the nice people I have met and the kitchen made this place a really peaceful and familial experience ! I would come back with pleasure. Far away one of my best experience ever.

The location was perfect. I had an amazing view of the room. Abigail and her family are very warm and gave a very homely feeling during my stay. They are constantly making sure the property is clean. People coming to stay at the property also were very friendly and spending time together at the common area felt like a big family.

Great staff and very cute place. You can rent a motorbike there for 350pesos for 24h. Everything is clean and I really liked the terrace where you can chill. Fully equipped kitchen for guest use was great as well!

Everything's been great at Shey's. The room is spacious and overlooking the sea. The homestay is comfortable with all the amenities you would expect -- including a well-equipped kitchen. Abigail and her family are amazing guests who anticipate any of our needs. And last but not least: this is the cleanest homestay I've ever seen in the Philippines. I recommend 100%!
