A beautiful B&B with fabulous decor and the most wonderful views. The hosts couldn't have been more accommodating offering tea, coffee and cake on arrival. A fabulous home made breakfast with a great selection. The B&B is situated at the top of a hill quite far from the village of Mallavia. This isn't a bad thing as Mallavia isn't nice and in my view not worth visiting.

Secluded hotel away from populated areas with excellent mountain views. Private parking. Minimalistic room with authentic design and a refrigerator. Comfortable bed and pillows. The best breakfast I've had in Spain.

“Off the beaten track but well worth the effort !”
Not easy to get to but well worth the effort, the restaurant was not open when we arrived but there was a good self service coffee machine and a fabulous selection of cakes to choose from without charge! Breakfast was self service and could not be faulted in any way (go for the scrambled egg when it is hot !), It was nice to wake up to the sound of the cow bells and the views are stunning. The people here are rightly very proud of their unique Basque (Vasco) heritage / language and that is what makes this place so attractive to me as a native minority language speaker.

Beautiful location and good communication. The breakfast was included and proved both varied with lots of fresh fruit, cooked meats, eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice.

There was no one on reception to welcome you. Just a message with the keys in an envelope. It was very rural- a steep narrow road access and then once through the gates there were white vans and a bulldozer before you arrived at the house which was beautiful but the approach was off putting!
