The location is unrivalled and the quality is truly excellent. Food is great (no buffet style stuff), the villas are spacious, and the villa pools are a good little secret. I love that they have speakers everywhere so guests can play their own music. The staff are always smiling. Also the massage lady really knows her stuff!

We stayed during August 2023 at Leopards Point Luxury Hotel which is at best 2 to 3 star passing off as 5 star. We stayed for 3 nights in Baobab Villa a deluxe room about 12 by 12 foot, bathroom and wardrobe about 10 by 8 foot, very average space costing $300 per night. The room only had one chair, very thin white curtains at the 3 windows which allowed light through to flood the room as soon as the sun rose at 6AM. The wifi was very poor inside the rooms, and the front door could not close without being locked because it had swollen. I had many bites from mosquitoes during our three nights despite the fact that they claimed that the room had been sprayed. The room also had a mini bar and crisps and biscuits all passed their sell by dates selling at the most expensive prices in Malindi. The breakfast was very average – you selected what you wanted from a menu not a buffet. The only cereal they had was unbranded cornflakes and we were told that we could only have Kenyan coffee and tea free and needed to pay for Americano and other beverages that were not Kenyan. We were shocked because we had paid $300 a night for our room and expected 5 star service. The only thing worth- while at this hotel were the staff who were totally committed and professional which is why we gave a two star. Other than this the hotel is definitely a thumbs down- We will never again visit.

The ambiance was amazing mostly in the night , and our breakfast was delicious can't wait to revisit I loved the fact that every villa had a private swimming pool and comfortable relaxing beds and it being close to the sea there was more breeze.

The breakfast that is included in the rate that we booked was sufficient: fresh fruit, eggs of your choice and a beautiful plate with toast, mandazies and cakes. But if you like more you can order this. The view from the breakfast area is breathtaking! Our room, with air conditioning, was very spacious with 2 balconies and a beautiful view of the beach and sea. Each villa has its own hangout space with private swimming pool. If you are sharing the villa with other guests then there is also the communal swimming pool with lots of sunbeds to go to. There is enough seating space to enjoy a cocktail in the afternoon and the dining area is very stylish too.

Nice boutique hotel on a kind of an peninsula. Equipment top with a very tasty view for every detail (lamps, game photos on the walls, cushions, daybeds ...). Private small beach and a lot of privacy.
