“What a Gem...”
Great little find this, lovely, quiet, clean, well equipped house. We were met on arrival as agreed and shown around the property. Bonus was we were left a lovely bottle of Petit Chablis in the fridge, which was nice to receive on arrival. Enjoyed a wine tasting as this family have been producers in the region for over 300 years and into their 6th generation. Their wine is lovely too! Will definitely return.

Really good accommodation, we liked it a lot. Highly recommended! The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, very spacious. We enjoyed our stay a lot! The house is conveniently located. Will stay again if happen to be in the region.

Absolutely impeccably clean property. It seemed new (old style) but Mme said they had had it for five years! The mattress was one of the best I've ever had in any holiday let in the last 20 years - particularly in France. You need to sleep well on holiday and particularly in the heat. The gite faced north and with shutters was particularly cool. As there was just the two of us we had a good number of soft towels. Lots of provision in the gite and a great location for visits to Vezelay (Abbey), Auxerre (Cathedral etc), Tonnerre (Hotel Dieu) and Chablis (of course). Addtionally some exceptional meals out. We bought some of Mme's Chablis and other wine (irancy) of the area. Charming owner and a great stay on the banks of the Serein (Serene) Maligny. Highly recommended.
