It located in hotel complex and it is near to beach. It takes few minutes to go to beach and walk to old town. Food is well prepared and staff are friendly here.

I believe overall is a very good hotel and you can really relax. I would recommend it for my friends for sure. The food was amazing, presence of the kids club is a plus, etc. Plenty of pools, swimming classes for an extra cost, etc

We had a fantastic time at the resort! The lush greenery and abundant palm trees made for a beautiful and clean environment. We were very impressed with the excellent food and the wide variety of choices available. It was also great to see so many activities for both young children during the day and for families in the evening, with options like karaoke, live music, and comedy shows. Nice sandy Beach.

This was our second time here, and although we were a little disappointed, we got over it within two days. Last year we had a room overlooking the pool, and although we would have liked to have the same room, unfortunately this was not possible. But the hotel was still as wonderful as it was last year.The food was fresh and delicious, and the children always found something tasty to eat. There was always show cooking. There was a separate table for Greek dishes, and we always ate from it. The chef could share the recipe for the gyros seasoning with me, because I would like to make something this delicious at home! The entertainment team recognized us from last year, which we really appreciated, but they were very friendly and funny to everyone. Special thanks to Viki, Pia, and the water aerobics instructors! A word of advice to anyone reading this and traveling here: participate in all the games, especially the evening quiz game! "Have a nice day!" :) (You'll find out why I wrote this! There's a significance.)

“Beautiful and clean hotel”

Beautiful and green quite big hotel area, a lot of palm trees that gives you shade from the sun when needed. Despite the size of the area everything is pleasantly close. We stayed 1 week in the middle of May 2025 with 2 children (12 and 7 years). The Family Superior room given to us in another building close to the main building was absolutely perfect! It was on 1st floor (not ground floor). The room was spacious with a big balcony and a view directly to the sea about 50m from the beach. Couldn't be closer to the sea :) I think the rooms are renovated quite newly because they looked new and were very modern. Cleaned daily and sheets changed when necessary. Beds were wide and comfortable. The lighting in the room was good, lots of lights. They even had USB phone charging. 2 big pools, one is more active with music playing and some activities during the day. The other one is quiet and relax. Plenty of sunbeds. Beach is very beautiful and sandy but be careful, there are rocks in the bottom of the sea when going in. Go about 50-100m to the left and there's sandy and safe to go in and for children to play in the waves. There's another hotel building a little bit further, the Sirens Village, that belongs also to the same hotel where you can also eat and use the pool and sunbeds but they don't absolutely tell all the guests that. Food was ok but in a week it got a bit boring, a little bit repetitive, especially the desserts and cakes. And I would of liked if they served water melon in the breakfast and lunch time also, not only in dinner time.

Great food, right on the beach,superb pools and gardens

Good place, next to sandy beach, a few minutes away (by foot) from Malia city centre. Not far from airport( Heraklion) about 30 minutes by car. Good personal, nice, clean teritory, room service - good, Bravo animation team ( especialy main cheff-super!). Only 30min by car to aquacity.

Location, three pools, entertainment teams and private beach.

Excellent location for people looking for a beach holiday. Very good buffets, both for lunch and dinner, with a wide variety of options and staff regularly refilling any items that run low. Very nice staff in the restaurants.
