Our stay at this hotel Phioxenia once again left us with the most wonderful memories. We are returning here not for the first time, because this is a place where you always feel welcome and truly cared for. Every time, we receive exceptional attention, genuine care, and a sincere desire to offer the very best they can provide. The hotel is in a wonderful location — the sea is very close, the rooms are tidy, clean, and cozy, and the food is simply excellent. It is especially приятно that the owner often cooks himself — you can truly feel the love for both the food and the guests. The owner is a very attentive and warm person, and the entire staff is helpful, polite, and incredibly kind. There is such a special atmosphere here that makes you want to come back again and again. We are very grateful for the wonderful days we spent here and have no doubt that we will return to this hotel many more times. We sincerely recommend it to everyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Wonderful experience at Philoxenia Hotel! My daughter and I would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff and the owner himself, Mr. Georgios! Our everyday life was special and always surrounded by great care and attention. The food was excellent, delicious, they always asked what we wanted, the rooms were clean, the environment was clean and very cozy. Our vacation in this hotel is not the first time and certainly not the last! We recommend and rate it as a wonderful family hotel

Very good value for money. The Hotel is close to the beach (sand), 5 min walk. Supermarkets very close, you have one exactly near the hotel, with all the stuff you need. We had a free room upgrade, from standard room to family room. Clean room. Towels and bed linen changed every 2-3 days. They have also a little playground for kids. Excellent breakfast, a lot to choose from. Free parking on site. A lot of good taverns nearby, rent a car, atv, scooter. The weather was perfect in the beginning of October (26-30 deg C, water 25-26 deg C). Definitely will return!

The were excpetional, so friendly, helpful, welcoming. I have never stayed in such a welcoming place. From front of house to the owner handing towels. So So clean and just perfect.

If your looking for a close location to the strip then this is it but also quiet from the rowdy crowd if not wanting the hustle and bustle of the night life. Vicky was so helpful throughout the stay and polite any problems that occurred was fixed straight away, there was a guy with glasses can’t remember his name but was also very helpful. Breakfast was fresh and nicely made.

Great location in Malia, with good atmosphere close to the main and still quite and peaceful. Staff are welcoming and willing to help. We met the owner which is a wonderful smiling man. Rooms are perfect for family, comfortable with sunny balcony and pool is fun and clean. Good food and great cocktails at the bar

“Our nice stay at Philoxenia”

Nice location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The hotel has a nice terrace with hanging chairs by the bar with modern music but also Greek music. Also enjoyable swimming pools and jacuzzi after the water was finally cleaned. Clean rooms with everyday refreshing beds and towels. And especially most of the personnel really nice and helpful.

Lovely stay with my son! Highly recommend! Maids who work so hard everyday, leaves rooms spotless & never passes without smiling and saying hello 💖 Also, can't remember her name but the lady who served us at the bar most days, service was great, great asset to Philoxenia. Felt very safe staying here, right beside everything but not noisy. Forgot my hairdryer & the owners son I believe, went & bought ms one & brought it to the room! Over all, great place to stay! I would definitely recommend. Great breakfast, clean pool, great staff 💯
