Food was great, pools were great! For our family location was perfect!😍👌 I can absolutely recommend to stay with family! We had The familyroom and didn't have anything bad thing to say!

Very good food with lots to choose from, one of the best I've eaten in Crete, very clean rooms and outside, pools were awesome, air conditioning was good and quiet, hotel is close to the village center but you can't hear a thing when inside. You can rent rooms with a private pool. Would definitely recommend going there. I for sure will come back.

Good location, close to the beach and taverns.

There was a lovely staff member named Suzanna. She worked at the reception, in the kids' play area, and in the dining room. She was always smiling and pleasant. The water slides were fun. The room was spacious.

The private pool rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. The restaurant breakfast options were plentiful you would be hard pressed to not find something to eat. The grounds were all kept very clean and the location was great.

Private Pool was perfect for us best friends who wanted a peaceful relaxing holiday. Food was amazing consisting of general and Greek food with lots of options which changed throughout the week. Fresh towels, linens and beach towels every day and a fridge in the room was great. Staff on reception specifically were very helpful to assist us quickly.

Value for money

The reception staff were helpful, particularly booking taxis at short notice. The staff looking after the tables in the dining/breakfast area were efficient and friendly. There was a relaxed vibe around the complex. Great location.

It is a very nice hotel, it has 3 pools, 1 large dining room and lots of nice spots to sit and relax. We loved our meals and drinks by the pool!! Nice food, pleasant atmosphere and good people!!

Considering that we had a family room, the children could not unlock the door themselves to go in the room: when opening, you had to pull hard the door towards you with one hand and turn the key with the other hand. Every time the door was opened, the air conditioner shut off and needed to start again by the people who stayed inside.
