“The staff don't make it enjoyable”
Well the spa is non existing ....It is not in use...what a disappointment.... The restaurant serve very good food if the right chef is on duty and if the waiters are willing to help you... The stand around and play and talk in the morning with breakfast...not very eager to help.... It is a beautiful property and the gardens is well taken care off..but the service and attitude of the staff wow.... so disappointing...

I have very mixed feelings about this place. There are definitely some positives, but also quite a few negatives that could seriously impact its reputation if not addressed soon. In my opinion, an average rating of 8.8 is far too generous—I would rate it closer to a 5 at best. On arrival, the property makes a great first impression. The gardens are well maintained, and the setting feels peaceful and beautiful. Its proximity to the Malelane Gate of Kruger National Park is also a major advantage for those wanting to stay just outside the park. While some of the buildings appear older—and a few even looked abandoned, which raised some safety concerns—our unit itself was comfortable and well-equipped. We had a ground-floor unit with lovely views of the water and fountain. The space was generous, with ample cupboard storage, a well-equipped kitchen, and braai facilities outside. All rooms were air-conditioned, and the bed, pillows, and linen were exceptional—easily the highlight of our stay. The bathroom and shower were also spacious, and we appreciated that our dishes were washed daily.

The is nothing to tell we where so disported with the place. First the area was a huge disported we didn't like it. The rooms where not as we have read on the review. on the ceiling the where rats at night we couldn't sleep. The is a lot.
