The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and convenient. The service in the restaurant is rather slow, but the food is good.

Location is excellent. Property is clean and modern but lacks a little atmosphere. Soft music in the breakfast area, some fresh flowers, more decor is needed. Some floor rugs next to the bed would warm up the space, and a mirror in the bedroom for doing hair and makeup would be appreciated by most guests. Showers and beds were excellent. Appreciated the full DSTV bouquet.

The room was spacious and I really appreciate the coffee machine and fridge in the room. It is very convenient to have the restaurant close-by and the food is always excellent. I had supper served as room service and their were promptly on time and the staff member were very friendly an unintrusive.

When I arrived at the facility even though I had a facility reservation, they said they had no place. Since it was too late, we were victimised with my family and two children. I do not accept this frivolousness. I will complain about everything.

The staff was very helpful, considering that i had dropped a shoes by accident a distance outside of the property. I phoned to notify them and 2 days later the shoe was found by one of the staff members outside of the property and I was contacted to make arrangements for my shoe to be couriered to Pretoria. I am so grateful
