“Excellent”

Amazing location, very peaceful and with beautiful lake views. Hotel is slightly away from the busy center, but it can be reached in about 15 minutes walk via a lakeside promenade. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had with everything we needed. The balcony with the lake view was great addition. We also enjoyed having access to the pool, which was perfect for refreshing after a long day of sightseeing.

Everything is thought through so well! From the bedside lamp, which can be used for indirect and cosy lighting, to the drying rack installed on the balcony wall. The location is a little outside the city center, but it has easy access to the promenade, and you can walk along a beautiful route into the old town. The breakfast is a dream, and we already miss the view out of the window in the morning! Many thanks to the warm hosts!

The room is beautiful, staff is really nice and welcoming, breakfast is great, the rooftop and the view is nice addition, they even have a little corner where you can make yourself a tea or coffe and take some biscuits. It's also great that they have aparking on site.

Everything, from the localization to the interior, rooms, the swimming pool area, and breakfast, was terrific. Communication with the owners was also a big plus. Just a fantastic time in wonderful Malcesine:)

Great value in a fab location. The hotel has a lovely, modern, quirky vibe. The pool is good. Breakfast was excellent. Don't miss the roof terrace, amazing views and we only found it on our third night. It is a 15 min walk along the lake promenade into the heart of Malcesine which we loved.

Very nice Hotel owned by 2 brothers and they were the nicest and most helpful people. Very good breakfast. Very nice pool area that wasn't crowded any of the 5 days we spent there in July. If you travel without a car like us it's good to know that the bus stops literally on the road below the hotel. The Hotel is on the hill side so be prepared to break a bit of a sweat if you are walking. It's about a 15 minute walk into Malcesines old center.

The staff was super friendly. Everything worked better than expected. The hotel is clean and quiet, thank god for the adults only. Room was nice and cool thanks for the air con.. The view from the balcony was stunning.. Pool area was great as well. Overall this might be the best hotel experience ever for us.

Very quite and plasent place. The perfect location near the lake and old city. I could recommend hotel everyone.

The property itself as well as our stay there were amazing. Starting from the location which is far enough from the road but close enough to the promenade. You can reach a big supermarket by feet in less than 30 minutes. Surely you can take a bus from a bus stop which is 3 minutes walk from the property. Malcesine centre is also in ~20 minutes walk by a picturesque waterfront road. The next thing I would like to mention is the hotel itself. Everything inside looks like brand new. The interior is cozy and good looking. You have a great reception/bar area and a nice common area with table games and a terrace. There’s a great dining area as well as you can enjoy your breakfast outside. speaking of the breakfast - the menu has everything you might need! Fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, cheese and ham. Of course fresh coffee offered and served to the guests by the owners of the property. The room is very spacious. Everything is clean and of a good quality. The bed is so comfy that I had a very good sleep every night :) The pool area is simple but nice as well. If the lake water is too cold for you, you can definitely chill by the pool and have a great time right there in the backyard of the hotel. The owners were so friendly - providing advise on what to do around Malcesine and good places to have a dinner. In general the stay in this hotel is a great experience. I would definitely come again.

Breakfast was mini buffet style but same options everyday It is walking distance from town centre - take the scenic route by the lake Close to the lakeside where you can have a dip Close to bus stop which was convenient if you're using the bus to go around Lake Garda Has parking space We weren't able to try the swimming pool but it looked really nice and inviting
