Overview
Set in a panoramic location 4 km from Malcesine and the shores of Lake Garda, Hotel Residence Val Di Monte features an outdoor swimming pool, tennis and volleyball court and a football pitch. Each room has either a balcony or terrace. Rooms at Val Di Monte have views of the swimming pool, garden or surrounding mountains. Each one has a TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with slippers and toiletries. The varied buffet breakfast can include homemade cakes, fresh fruit and boiled eggs. The on-site restaurant is open at lunch and dinner, and seasonal fruit and vegetables are mostly home grown. The swimming pool comes with sun loungers and is open from May until October. There is also a children's playground in the garden and a free outdoor car park. The property is a 10-minute drive from the Malcesine Cable Car, which takes you to the summit of Monte Baldo in 10 minutes. It is well placed for hiking, biking and paragliding activities.

Lovely room, Lake view, nicely equipped- kettle/coffee machine would be appreciated. Great shower and very comfortable beds. Restaurant was excellent, super menu and friendly staff. Breakfast was superb.

What a fabulous hotel! Loved the mountain/ pool view from the balcony of our comfortable, modern room. Looked forward to the amazing breakfast and evening meal each evening served by friendly, efficient waiting staff! Would highly recommend!

“A perfect stay with amazing views, friendly staff, and delicious food – we would love to come back!”
Wonderful location with a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed breakfast every morning, stunning views, everything very clean. The staff were all so kind and helpful – the brother and sister working as waiters and the barman were always smiling and welcoming. Delicious food as well! At the end of our stay we received a lovely surprise from the hosts – a beautiful calendar for next year with stunning photos of Malcesine and Lake Garda. Truly a wonderful gesture! We highly recommend visiting this place.

“Beatiful view, clean and nice rooms, excellent breakfast”
I loved the view and the breakfast. In the evening it was nice and quiet. The room was spacious for 3 Person junior suite. There was a nice waiter working in breakfast, we had a chat and he was interested where we are from etc. Also there was a nice young waiter working at the breakfast, was nice to have a chat with him, which is not common in north italy.

“A brief (2 nights) stopover in a stunning location.”
Very spacious, west-facing double room with large balcony (2 sun beds plus table & chairs). Extensive dinner & breakfast menu as well as a pizzeria. Large swimming pool, an all weather tennis court, table tennis, large lawned grounds. Quiet location. 250m climb above the hustle & bustle of pretty Malcesine. Car recommended.

“Loved it.”
All of the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and completely at your disposal. We loved them all. Incredible choice at breakfast, with gluten free options available for all meals. Rooms were lovely, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Shower was fab! Views were amazing! I can still see them now. Wonderful base to visit the beautiful towns and villages on the lake. We would recommend and would stay again.

“BIG rooms with NEW furniture & terrace and a huge NEW bathrooms .”
Amazing views , the rooms are huge, the bathroom as well , new furniture, new floor, a big terrace were you can enjoy to eat. Towels in a very good condition ( new and very well washed) and was changed every day. Good toiletries and if ask them , they provided more. Very good choices at breakfast, including prosecco .A lot space to park your car. Very quiet area.
