“Fantastic place to spend the summer holiday”

The apartment (we stayed in #C) has everything you need - and the view is amazing. Lorena and her family made us feel very welcome as if we had been there many times before, even though this was our first time there (but hopefully not the last!). Grocery shop is only a short walk as well as a large selection of restaurants, shops and different kinds of activities.

Excellent location - close to city center, but in quiet place, fantastic view to the lake. Clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment. Great host Lorena, takes care of guests and creates very warm and hospitable atmosphere. I’d love to come back.

We love everything about this place. This is a self-catered one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and espresso maker. Upon arrival, our host gifted us a small food basket filled with goodies and fresh eggs from their nearby chicken farm. The location is perfect: a balcony with a beautiful lake view, olive trees, a 10-minute short walk to the old town center, and grocery shopping. The apartment is super clean and newly renovated, and our host, Lorena, is lovely and very accommodating. She provided great tips and information about the town and surrounding areas. Thank you for the personalized gift, Lorena !!! The private, secured parking is excellent. The driveway to the courtyard is relatively narrow, so one must be extra careful. It is not suitable for bigger cars or vans.

We have only good things to say about our stay at Casa Nicola. The apartment was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Lorena was a welcoming host offering lots of useful information about Malcesine. The apartment has safe private parking and it is a short 10 minute walk into the centre of town. Our apartment had a fantastic view of Lake Garda from both the living area and bedroom. A small balcony was a lovely place to catch the afternoon/evening sun. We would definitely recommend Casa Nicola and Malcesine as a base to explore the lake.

“Spectacular stay in magnificent Malcesine”

It was such a pleasure to stay at Casa San Nicolo. One of our best over many years. The apartment is new, exceptionally clean, spacious and when you walk onto the balcony be prepared for the most spectacular views over Lago de Garda. The changing moods of the lake and the mountains are hypnotic. It is an easy 5 to 10 minute walk into the heart of old Malcesine. And Lorena and her family are friendly, helpful and amazing hosts.

This is self catering, however our host Lorena provided a lovely welcome pack. Lorena went out of her way to ensure that we had all we needed. As we were late arriving she helped us a lot.

Very friendly family who run the apartments. The apartment was huge for the money with an amazing view of the lake, plus walking distance to the town which we loved as we didn’t want to have to drive everywhere. Parking space included as well made it easy as there’s no parking near.

The location was superb and easy to get to things, The apartment was very clean. Lorena is the perfect host and very thoughtful even leaving a small gift for my birthday. It was the perfect place to stay for our holiday and we truly loved being here .. so much so we didn't want to come home. We are looking forward to returning very soon !
