“Good”
The location is great, the place was very clean and comfortable. I'd even use the word "sterile" in both good and bad meaning of the word. It was perfectly clean, but also as far from "cozy" as you can get. Recently built, modern, but very little effort was done to make it feel cozy or homely.

“...still room for improvement!”
It would be nice to find some tea & coffee, basic seasoning, sugar and oil in the apartment. Please, see offers of apartments abroad... The service, their mood and attitude, in the restaurant was really terrible...
