A spacious one bedroom apartment with a large south facing balcony close to the beach/ centre/harbour area of Makry Gialos. It has all the self catering facilities you need. It is a first floor apartment but level access from the road.

“Great apartment in a very convenient part of town.”
The apartment has everything for a self catering holiday including a large balcony facing the sea. In the older picturesque part of town and a very short walk to beach, harbour, supermarket, restaurants and bars. Hosts left a welcome tray water and fruit juice which was greatly appreciated.

“Perfect place for a relaxed family vacation”
It was our second time at Porfyra's Island and once again we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very spacious and has beautiful sea views. A wonderful family friendly beach is only a three minute walk away. Athina and her family are amazing hosts. They made us feel at home from the first day of our stay.

“Perfect accommodation! Hearty recommendation!”
This is a very good accommodation in the center of Makry Gialos. We were given instructions how to enter, it was easy. Inside everything is perfect, well-arranged, clean, every necessary thing is there. The sea, a supermarket, cafes and eateries are 100 m away or less. Heartily recommended both for short stays or for vacations.
