“Great but deposit!!”
Watch out if you are leaving at night or early mornings because they didn’t have cash money in the reception to reimburse me for the 200 SAR deposit, and I had to wait for ~ 30 minutes till they figured it out.

“Good Hotel”
Great hotel.Quite and very clean. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the location and no shuttle available .however, thanks to Uber, no problem finding a ride (15 mn from the Haram) If you negociate directly with local taxis, you could get even cheaper rides.

“1st experience checked in 2 nights for this hotel Sun and Moon Bacca hotel”
The hotel is clean and silent. Thumbs-up the coffee bar, the availability of coffee supplies and the toiletries supply although the bath room is a little bit small but the water supply is excellent during this cold weather, heater is working.

“Second visit here. Even better than the first”
This was my second visit and stay to this hotel after having had a very good experience the first time. I was impressed that this visit was even better than the last. Staff were super attentive and check in super smooth, hotel is peaceful and immaculate.
