“Excellent hotel for stay, neat & clean, quiet & friendly environment but location is bit faraway.”
Room cleaning was decent, but location is quite away from Haram. In this case there should be some guidance notes in the room to support and familiarize the visitors about reaching Haram and sightseeing areas nearby.

“Very nice hotel and services”
We are a Bangladeshi couple. We stayed in a couple room, and the room was very nice. The service was very good, and the staff were very cooperative. There were Bangladeshi staff members as well. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the Kaaba by bus. The bus stops at a nearby point, and from there it is a 10 minute walk to Gate 79 of the Kaaba.

Rooms were quite spacious and felt like a cozy home away from home! I had the executive suite with the family with a reasonable price, and it had two spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a third bathroom located in the living room. To our surprise, it also had a separate kitchen with a medium sized fridge, a washing machine, and a small cooker with two electric heating plates!

Exceptionally amazing staff, reception staff particularly Ms. Roza was so cooperative. It's bit unlikely that saudi will be so cooperative with amazing customer support system. Al joud hotel staff was fantastic.
