“Would recommend Route Inn hotels.”
We stayed at 3 Route Inn hotels during our 3 week trip to Japan. They were all good with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The bathrooms all had baths and showers and toiletries provided. There was free parking on-site for all three too.

“Cozy and comfortable stay, spacious rooms”
Very generously sized rooms that had plenty of space for the rapidly expanding amount of luggage accumulated over the course of my trip -- the room was well-appointed with bed, TV, small desk/dressing table, coffee table, and small sofa. Beds were comfortable and cozy, and the hotel having a spa was very appreciated after long day out. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unrelated to the stay, but Route Inn hotels had the added fun of collectible stamps and a cute mascot!

The staff member that helped my husband find a hospital went above and beyond. Great at speaking English and kept us informed throughout the whole process to find us a hospital. Great facilities,staff helpful and breakfast was great and the cooking and cleaning staff did an awesome job.

“Comfortable enough business hotel”
Close to the station. Public bath was very nice and staff was friendly! Breakfast was also pretty price-worthy.
