“Breakfast was ok, but very disappointed”
The location is good. Was on the 10th floor and had a good view of the surrounding mountains and the port. The buffet breakfast was ok, but some food was luke warm.

A grand style hotel right on the water front with excellent parking and attractive lobby, breakfast and dining room. We had a very large bedroom with double aspect, sofa and desk. Really good Japanese/Western breakfast.

“I would stay there again”
Location was easy to get to. Parking was good. Lunch was limited but satisfactory and breakfast was a good choice of buffet.

The spa with a view was wonderful. Breakfast was very good with a varied selection including western food. The beds were very comfortable. There is a very good Indian restaurant just down the road.

It's an opulent place inside. So for the price I paid, it was exceptional value for money. The breakfast was fabulous, too. And the staff were very pleasant and very helpful.

“Ms Sakura makes the difference, making our time at Maizuru excellent.”
The manager, Ms Sakura was very helpful recomnending places near hotel to visit. We drove 1/2 hour to Ayabe Onsen n all love it. We also enjoy great time at Uminpia Ohi Marina.

“Golden week getaway”
The WiFi was good, the breakfast, though wasn't buffet, was tasty and healthy. The jacuzzi tub and lovely view from the room are the highlights of our stay. Staff were friendly and approachable. Room was clean and spacious.
