Easy to get to the house and very convenient for us. Landlord very helpful and reachable.

Downstairs British people making noises music. This type the apartment should be ilegal just room in one house also very expensive ridiculous

Pool was full of leaves, flies, etc and we had to clean it before using it. Shared bathroom for our 2 rooms was poor. Very small and tired, desperately in need of a revamp. Edging around the sink unit coming off, sink unit looking like it's falling off the wall. Shower doors didn't close properly and appeared broken, plus shower had a strange imitation-wood plastic shower mat that felt like it would break at any moment. Kitchen area didn't appear to be well equipped - lacking nice glasses, especially wine glasses. Dishwasher was full of dirty pots. Refrigerator was full of food, disorganized and not clean.

The house has potential but needs work. It's big and can host at least 6-8 guests so would be ideal for big groups/friends. Nice and fully equipped kitchen, even though we didn't use it. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Easy & free parking in the area. The owner is super nice, responsive and willing to help!

Lovely, quiet, residential area with shops and an amazing coffee roastery/cafe place around the corner. Solid 20 mins walk to the metro station, but walk felt safe even at night. Well equipped kitchen.Comfortable, clean bed.

Apartment on two levels in a big house. Big shared living with kitchen, well equiped. The house s 20 minutes walk from Cavaleri metro station from which you can easily reach Seville town centre.

Our room was quite large and clean. The bathroom was very useful. The cabinets in the room were big enough to take all our belongings, so there was no mess.

The communication with the host was smooth, and the cleanliness of the common areas was very good. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs, and the location was convenient, with a short drive to the nearest metro station. Overall, a good option for a comfortable stay.

“Just do it”

To do just to the place I'll refer to it as a mansion, it is very welcoming. Coming in late on a rainy night I was pleasantly surprised, entering a spacious living room/kitchens 1 couple was doing the dishes another couple cooking, the kids could still reach the fridge and a some gen-z specimens were locked in on their x-box nobody bothering nobody! After a quick 'hi' I went to my "small" room. A lot bigger then the normal one bed walk side ways threw the room wich i stumble on allot, it had a cute four step staircase down because it's a little lower then the rest of the mansion which gave me an extra feel of privacy and when you open the windows you're not bothered by the outside terras there is two of them and I think upstairs the rooms have a balcony. All in all after being denied a place in a bigger establishment which I made in the early morning but they forgot to notify they were actually full,this 10 min before arriving was handled perfectly by karma who on this case is called Isaac

The property is great and in a very nice neighbourhood. Our room (Azahar) was spacious with lots of wardrobes and great bathroom. Everything was nice and clean.

It's a very nicely organized shared house. The host is very helpful and kind. The guests can definitely find everything they need. Even the swimming pool! The bed was comfortable. AC good. WiFi works perfectly. We witnessed enjoyment of young people playing on PS. Location is great, well connected with touristic part of Sevilla.
