Quiet and welcoming

Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Swimming pool was with a good beach view.

Nice hotel for short term stay. We really enjoy a very long pool and breakfast was décent too. Great option to stay one or two night upon late arrival as it’s very close to the airport, and then move to your permanent resort.

“Great. I'd stay again”

Pool was amazingggggggg and people were so nice. Also, the hotel was really close to the beach and a great restaurant, so that was a bonus. Rooms were massssssive and beds were comfy (although pillow was much too big/hard)

This was the second time we have stayed at the hotel. It's close to the airport and fabulous having a pool access room. The hotel is also going through an upgrade, so it looks more polished. The surrounding area provides more services, ie restaurants and massages. It's still quiet, but great if quiet is what you are after.

The pool access room was by far the best we’ve experienced compared to other resorts in Phuket. What really stood out was the layout — the loungers in front of the pool are positioned in a way that gives you a nice sense of privacy, unlike many other pool access setups. They’re also very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, and the pool is huge — there’s something for everyone, both adults and kids. You can literally swim for ages and still not cover the whole loop, which makes it a standout feature of the hotel.

The size of the room was amazing, we loved the balcony. We had 2 adults and 2 kids in our room and it was great that the kids had a bed each. And the layout of the room was really good with the kids having their own space but still part of the same room. The pool was great

Very nice resort, close to airport but no noise. Ideal for resting and not doing much. Fantastic pool, nice amenities, comfy room, nice buffet breakfast. Beautiful sandy beach in front of hotel ideal for sunset view. Nice spa and massages, good restaurant with many options.

“Perfect accommodation in a very quiet and peaceful location”

Perfect location, directly across from the beach. The room was very nice and spacious. Very clean and well maintained. This is the perfect place to stay if you want somewhere a bit quieter than other areas in Phuket. Great pools too and very well maintained.

Beautiful Hotel, Loved the huge Swiming pool the comfortable Family room, Loved the close proximity to the beautiful Maikhao beach .Very good breakfast .Close to Phuket Airport.

This is a very beautiful hotel with very well maintained facilities and a fantastic swimming pool. The staff is super friendly and kind always ready to assist the guests. The breakfast was a surprise to us, apart from the regular buffet options (eggs, fruit, vegetables, bread, sausages) there were at least 3 options of Thai main dishes, 1 soup and special teas, all of them delicious. This hotel keeps a great sustainability policy: minimal plastic use, no plastic straws with the drinks, reminders to avoid food waste, this was very satisfying and the only place we found such approach during our time in Phuket. Mai Khao is a very quiet town very different to the crowded touristic places, perfect for relaxing and to enjoy empty beaches also ideal to leave on an early bird tour to Similan islands. There are two great places for food and drinks around the corner and with a short tuk tuk ride we could reach the main road where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The rooms were incredibly spacious. The main pool area was lovely. The beach is right across the road. The staff in the hotel restaurant were amazing, so friendly and welcoming.
