Very peaceful and quite. The actual restaurant patio was just beautiful and the breakfast superb. The Spa facilities were also fantastic, spent a very relaxing afternoon in the facilities.

The room was very spacious with lovely original decorative style. The external balcony was a great bonus. Breakfast [and afternoon cakes] were served in the delightful semi covered enclosed courtyard at the heart of the building. Location just to the edge of the historic part of the city was very useful for exploring the old town and the harbor. Parking was fine - a nearby free surface level car park.

Well located in Mahon city center. Close to the port and shoping area. Good spa.

The property is lovely and in a perfect location to walk everywhere. It is super close to the bus station and the airport is around 15mins away. Also perfect for travelling to other parts of the island without the need for a car. Room was lovely and bright, airy with high ceilings and breakfast although a small menu was very nice. Staff are super friendly and very welcoming.

Staff were superb! So genuinely kind and friendly and helpful for first-time visitors like us. The ladies in the breakfast room and at the front desk were a joy to see each day. :) Our room was very quiet. The location was great. The hotel is charming with lovely decoration in the common areas.

It’s a beautiful property in a prime location for exploring Mahón. The facilities are excellent, including a spa and comfortable lounge area. We stayed in low season so the hotel wasn’t open for dinner but the breakfast is excellent and set us up for the day.

Beautiful, comfortable room, delightful, friendly staff, artistically designed hotel interiors, peaceful, comfortable ambience, excellent spa, brilliant yoga classes, fabulous breakfast, nothing was too much trouble, .

Spa was amazing- better than any hotel spa we have experienced before. Location was very central and convenient. Hotel was nicely decorated and well appointed. Courtyard area for breakfast was very pretty.

Loved the location and the vibe of the hotel. Dining area beautiful. We booked a suite which was disappointing…ridiculous time consuming method for blocking out the light in 5 porthole shape windows …v comfortable bed …too much dark furniture
