Everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and impeccably maintained, with great attention to detail throughout. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, the staff are warm and attentive, and the overall experience feels both luxurious and personal. Even though we only stayed for one night, it was a memorable stay and we would gladly return. 10/10.

The location was amazing. Very close to shops, restaurants, cafes and also 2 mins walk to the lift that takes you down to the port where there are lots of restaurants along the water front.

Gorgeous old building that has kept lots of its original features. Most comfortable bed. Great location but also peaceful for a great nights sleep. Lovely staff who were extremely helpful and helped me solve a number of issues I had with complicated taxi journeys. Also gave excellent recommendations for places to eat.

Perfect location, right in the heart of old Mahon. Very comfortable room. Staff went above and beyond. Olga could not have been more helpful with check in and tips on where to eat and things to do. Wished we could have stayed longer!

“Mao Style”

A very quiet, stylish hotel in the centre of Mahon. The attention to detail and guest comfort is very apparent but not overstated. There's clearly a lot of effort put into being this stylish and providing great customer service and it's all done with a minimum of fuss.

Great location, very close to the historic centre. Friendly staff, always helpful, providing info on parking, restaurants, places to visit. Lovely room with private terrace.

Very central location and excellent breakfast. The staff were very good and went out of their way to look after us.

“Brilliant hotel where we felt very welcome, and very convenient for the city and bus station”

The hotel is a real hidden gem. So close to the city and harbour, both being a short walk. Also close to the bus station which is a really inexpensive and convenient way to travel around the island. The staff made us feel so welcome and were SO helpful and friendly and always happy to help with any questions about places to eat and places to visit. The room was kept very clean and towels & bedding changed regularly. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return.

“Mahon”

Friendly staff and very sociable. Maria and Olga were excellent and also helped to improve my Spanish. Another bonus was that they arranged my car hire which made it very convenient for delivery.

“Beautiful elegant calm”

We stayed in room M11 on the top floor…it is the room with the beautiful terrace facing the beautiful Esglesia del Carme. The hotel is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and super clean. Very elegant and in such a perfect location to explore beautiful Mahon. The room is very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast excellent. the staff…outstanding! Thank you so much Olga and Maria :) also the lovely cleaning lady who does an amazing job keeping the place spotless. We would love to stay again.
