“Amazing hotel and Staff, Awful guests...”
The Sonesta Maho Beach Resort truly stands out for its excellent infrastructure. The rooms are newly renovated, the beds are very comfortable, and the hotel offers a great selection of restaurants with delicious food. Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived — we were even greeted with sparkling wine and refreshing towels at check-in, which was a lovely touch. The food was excellent with mamy option of venues to eat. Room service amazing and ALL the mini bar at the room was included.

I stayed at the Sonesta Maho Beach Resort for 5 nights, all-inclusive, and honestly — it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with so much variety every day, the cocktails were excellent, and the entertainment every evening made the atmosphere truly vibrant. The hotel is perfectly located right by the beach, with a stunning view of the planes landing — a unique and unforgettable experience! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was organized to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Without a doubt, this is the best resort in Saint Martin. If you’re planning a trip to the island, don’t hesitate for a second — come to Sonesta Maho! You’ll be treated with kindness, you’ll eat well, and you’ll leave with incredible memories. I can’t wait to come back! 💙✈️☀️

Location (hotel and shops in vicinity), beach, pool, daily buffet, vibes, warm and helpful front desk staff during the day. We got in early at 11 am, and the team there - tried their best to get us in our rooms around 2pm, honestly I think this was a great effort, and all the facilities were available to us while we waited. We enjoyed the food in most of the restaurants, buffet, pizza, Italian, and Asian options were really good. We didn't visit the Tavern, but the drinks from the pool bar were professionally mixed. Not sure how the hotel management did it, but everyone was friendly.
