Food was good with plenty of options. Amazing view from the restaurant. Good pool, good beach. It was clean and staff was really friendly. Hamam was good. Air condition worked well and there was always hot water in the shower.

Senza Grand Santana was really enjoyable stay. Food was delicious and always fresh and desserts were work of art, plus bistro restaurant served snacks on elevated level. Hotel is newly renovated, stylish and very clean. Our special request of higher floor was granted and we received probably one of the best room with a beautiful sea view. Staff was kind and professional. Special thanks to Asya who taught us few things in turkish. Hotel has a great sun deck set on the sea.

All staffs were helpful. Food was good especially the food served in Bistro was better than that I expected. Maybe they need to be carefull not to use to much oils in the food. Room cleaning was good. Pool was bit cold but afternoon get warmer with help of sun light 🙂. Turkish bath, sauna and steam room was good too but need to improve massaging and aroma therapy session which need to pay extra.

Wifi must be free if it is an all-inclusive hotel

First of all-I kindly want to thank for all stuff. People are so very good and helpfull there. It was busy holiday time, a lot of people, but stuff always smile, helping with all your needs, no unhappy faces at all. Animators team just great, boys and the girl doing their best, always fun and making activities. Receptionists always are ready to help in any questions. Very good place, not in overcrowded city center, but there are a lot of shops and restaurants, when you go out. Rooms are good, common places very 👍, there are some shops inside. Teritorry are big enought, but not too big. Pools just great, my son could not get out of children pool, where are waters slides. Main pool very big, there are also very small one for the youngest ones. Food very tasty, always have a lot choose, what to eat. And the very very special place is terrace, where you can have dinner with amazing view of sunset.🥰Mine and my kids holiday was perfect, thanks again, guys, and wish you best of the best.

“Only the kitchen was amazing, but not personal or the room”

Extremely tasty food! 5 stars to people working in the kitchen, you are the best in this hotel! Most sweets are strange, not really tasty for me, like plastic, maybe something wrong with sugar. I got 63% discount, and for 30 USD, it was good balance, but for full price, I definitely will not come back. SPA was really great! Many thanks to Gul for excellent consulting, very sympathetic and professional woman.

Food was very good. There was many fruits and salads. Bistro's staff was great and they smiling. Also restorant´s staff was helpful. Positive suprise was size of room which we got. Easy to go to centrum and take buss or dolmus.

it's just a scam. the hotel does not even correspond to the 2 star level. beware and don't book your rooms
