1. Apartment is comfortable and very well equipped, for example many many closets, dishes, large refrigerator, electric blinds, etc. 2. We liked Konak Tower: perfectly clean, very nice pool and baby pool! Guys on the reception did a great job for us: help with taxi, water delivery, possible to order cleaning (800 Lira), shop next door works till 23:00, vegetable fruit shop 2 min, Butcher shop 5 min, all possible restaurants are all around 3. First line to the beach was the best decision, especially with toddler and my old parents. 1 min in tunnel, this is also a big plus that is the crossing is not over the road (more safe). Even 7 min to the beach when it is hot and you are with the bags and baby will make you crazy! 4. The beach itself was Ok, pier is good to swim. I was nervios how my kid will be swimming as there stones on this cost, but on the right of pier there are good entrance with sand👌 In my opinion the beach is not super clean (sand) and cozy as I have met before but there are many options with sunbeds for free, nice cafe and quick service! Plus easy to swim whenever you like as it is 1 min from apartment. We liked Family beach (8 min with the car) that was recommended by Naim 5. In terms of restaurants our short list: Eko restaurant (with playground for kids!!!!) and have alcohol, Antep Kebapcisi Yoresel (indoor playground on the 2nd floor), Yegen Fish House, Haydarzade Künefe cafe (playground inside!!!!), Antep kebabcisi Haydar -simple, but close to Konak and quick service, CUP store -nice cocktails, and coffee, food-we just did not try, 66 beach bar -perfect for the sunset 6. Naim helped us with baby bed and baby chair, this was the best service (and for free) as these things were not even in the list of the apartment. So we had full set up with the baby 👌 7. Spa Center with the best massage (and I did massage everywhere in Asia), recommend also spa with pilling and sultan massage with 4 hands 8.

Great price. The host was very accommodating and provided a lot of information in advance. He was always on hand to answer any questions quickly. The apartment is lovely. The complex is so clean and modern. Great pool sauna and spa. Had lots of massages which were by experts and cheap. Great air conditioning in every room. Cannot fault this place or the apartment or the host. Great views of the sea. Good local restaurants. Supermarket within walking distance. Will definitely return

“Really nice host and apartment!”

The apartment was right on the beach where we could use the sunbeds for free. There were beds available at any time of the day, no towel reservations. The beach was very easily accessible with the tunnel or just crossing the road. There was a bus stop right next to the hotel where the local bus takes you into Alanya city center within 30 minutes for only 0.60 cents (euro), but mahmutlar also had some nice restaurants to eat within 1-2 minutes from the apartment. The grocery store is also only a 1 minute walk. The apartment was very spacious and it was nice to have two bathrooms because we were with 4 people, so we were ready very quickly. The swimming pool was very nice and also had sun beds available at any time of day. Some people did ‘reserve’ their beds with their towels but this was absolutely not necessary as we had sun beds every day while we got to the pool at around 11.00 every day. The trash was collected every day at 5 o’clock which was a really nice touch. We absolutely loved our stay! Naim (the host) is very lovely and gave a lot of information regarding our stay. We could always text him with questions and he did his best to help us in every way! Naim is an absolute lovely host. Also: GOOD working airco!!!! And mechanic shutters so it was always very cool in the apartment, which is nice when it is 35 degrees out!

Beachfront location with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Really big and comfortable bed. Fully fitted kitchen. Felt secure with 24/7 security on the door.

Perfect location close to the sea and biggest Migros in the area, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful seaview, nice spacious balcony. And of course very caring host, Naim

Magnificent view, clean rooms, great facilities in the tower. Easy access to the beach. Naim was of great help and kept a communications channel with us throughout our stay, ensuring all was good.
