Despite being late due to the flight hosts were very helpful and friendly. They helped us with transfer and rental car which we highly appreciated. The rental car came to Villa Kayola directly. Bed is very good, one can sit on a shared terrace with excellent view on the ocean and the green hills and as a bonus refreshing wind. Save place in a local aerea. Car needed.

“Short but wonderful stay at Villa Kayola”
The best thing about this property is the people! Jimmy was so wonderful and helpful during our short stay there - taking us to the supermarket when the rain started and telling us all about the island. The view from the top balcony is amazing - you can see out so far! Thank you for being so kind and welcoming!

“Best & beautiful place to enjoy the valuation”
It was a very nice location with a beautiful view from the room. Sunrise over ocean is visible directly from the bed through the window. Also from the balcony, the view is more beautiful, having panoramic view of both ocean & mountains. And the owner's family is very helpful & kind.

Staying Villa Kayola was magical. If you’re looking to experience the real local life in Seychelles, this place is an absolute gem. The garden is simply breathtaking, lush, vibrant, and lovingly cared for, with all kinds of tropical fruits. It felt like living in a dream. What truly made our stay unforgettable were the hosts. They are some of the kindest, most thoughtful people we’ve ever met. From the warm welcome to the little surprises they left for us throughout the stay, everything was done with genuine care and attention to detail. You can feel how much heart they put into creating this space. Our room was spotless, beautifully arranged, peaceful and already dreaming of our return.

“We highly recommend it to anyone who has a car or who is fit enough to climb a moutain.”
We spent 9 beautiful days in Villa Kayola. The location is fantastic, very close to the airport (approximately 10 minutes). The appartment is spacious and well equipped. From the balcony the view is gorgeous. You can admire the jungel and the ocean as well, since the appartment is on the top of a mountain. Therefore it is useful to hire a car or being very fit to climb the mountain. Anse Aux Pins bus station is at the foot of the mountain. We were spoiled by Jimmy and Maya, the nicest hosts ever. They fulfilled all our requests. Jimmy is an excellent cook, he invited us for dinner, he served snapper fish with mango salad made from mango freshly picked in his garden. It was amazing. We can not be but thankful for our stay in Villa Kayola.

The view was amazing as well as the garden and the whole accommodation! There is also a central bus station located nearby! The host (Jimmy) is amazing and gave us the best experience of the Seychelles culture ever! If you really want to get to know Mahe, you have to stay at Villa Kayola!

Amazing hospitality and personal touch. Felt like home. The place is pretty close to the airport and offers beautiful sea view, mountains and greenery. Will get to have home grown Bananas, Papaya and Soursop.

The property location is quite good but a bit far from the bus stop and tiring to walk bcoz of the high mountain road you will need to climb. But if you have a personal car it’s way better and convenient. I will equally like to appreciate the excellent service of Mr. Pascal Malvina (+248-2826594) one of the best Taxi Drives who pick me up every day to drive me around different cities in Seychelles.He was very nice and friendly always willing to give his best service just like others I came in contact with. And I love the Amapiano music he always play in his car. Good vibes and Nice energy. Once again a very big Thanks to a father figure Mr. Jimmy and wife, pascal Malvina. God bless you all

Highly recommended place: +spectacular view on the ocean from the terrace +very comfortable bed +fully furnished kitchen +very nice bathroom +Myanah and Jimmy were absolutely wonderful and helpful hosts +central location to explore the island and its best beaches (ie the SW) +for a little surcharge you may stay longer in the apartment, nice if you have a late flight +the house is not directly surrounded by forest and stands on a ledge: no mosquitoes, plenty of windows to let in the fresh breeze- we did not use the AC ! +one of the best places we ever stayed (in this category, of course)
