Erica and her husband are very nice people who really go out of their way to make sure that you feel welcome in their apartment. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need and well maintained. We were there as a family of 5 and had more than enough space.

Amazing very clean and comfy apartment with great owner. Few steps to take-away, shops, restaurant. Ocean acros the road with lovely beach attended mostly by locals. Quiet area of island but we been lucky to hear local rege music over weekend as locals had birthday party on the beach. Good to rent car so see other parts if island, go across to other beaches takes 20 minutes in car. Apartment has all what you need: cooker/toaster/sandwich machine. Evening seat in terrace and listen bats fight for frutis in mango tree :) was fantastic experience. Erica and her husband gave for us grapefruit/local oranges/papya from they own garden and I must say that I never ate so taste fruits

We stayed at Erica Self Catering in February and had a wonderful holiday. The villa was perfect for two families — two bright and spotless bedrooms, each with its own spacious and clean bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area. Everything is tastefully arranged and very well maintained, and having a private parking space was a big plus. The location is ideal if you want to enjoy Seychelles in a comfortable, authentic, and local way. Erica and her husband made our stay truly special. They welcomed us with warmth and genuine kindness, offered us fresh fruits from their own garden, and even surprised us with thoughtful gifts for birthdays and anniversaries. They also shared great recommendations for beaches, good exchange rates, and reliable rental cars, always attentive but never intrusive. We were allowed to use their barbecue, which made our evenings feel even more relaxed and homey. And at the end of our stay, they offered us lovely souvenirs so we could always remember the beauty of Seychelles — such a heartfelt gesture. On the day of our departure, they kindly let us use the outdoor area until it was time to leave for the airport, which we appreciated a lot. We felt genuinely cared for and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, authenticity, and truly wonderful hosts.

I can recommend this apartment to everyone! Erica and her husband are leaving downstairs and the apartment is on the first floor. They do care about you all the time and I have never met such a great host before. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a huge plus. Also, each room has air conditioning. The house is next to one of the main roads, but it's still quiet and easy to go around the Island. Important for remote workers - WiFi is very good and allows for using video calls. Erica gave us delicious coconuts (green and orange) as well as huge avocados! If we are back in Seychelles, we will visit them again!

Good location close to the airport when you arrive tired. Close to the beach anse royale, shops, food... Friendly family running the place and living on the ground floor, so if you need anything they are there. Parking on the spot. Apartment with view to the sea, huge place and clean with everything you need, even a washing machine.

It was exceptional!!! Erica and her husband are so nice! When it rained she came out with an umbrella to get my 80 year old dad and they gave us coconuts. But this is just the cherry on the top! The apartment is amazing!!!! If I could live here, I would! It is super spacious, has two baths and literally everything you need! And the location is perfect.. You've got several restaurants within walking distance and the beach is just across the street... And really, please, do have the courage to get out and snorkel there. It is worth it. I loved it so much. I will be back!!! Thank you, guys!!!

“We already miss the place”

Everything. The friendly and helping hosts, the comfortable rooms, the view, being 50 meters from the beach, the well equipped kitchen, the short walking distance from restaurants,minimarket and fruits & vegetables stalls.

The apartment is on the first floor with a spacious balcony too. All amenities were present and we had no problems whatsoever. The owner Erica and her husband are very cooperative and willing to help anytime. The beach is just across the road which is quiet and serene except on Friday and Saturday night. There is a kayak, 4 pugs and two small tortoises also there.. A small play area for kids is also there. Ample space to park the car. Groceries and eating places are just a few minutes walking distance. Overall if you want to stay on the East Coast then this is a must place. Cheers

Really big apartment. 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and large equipped kitchen. A nice and big beach close to the accommodation...only the road will be crossed. The owners are accommodating, pleasant. Really great Green house restaurant nearby.

Wonderful big apartment, nice tidy environment, very clean. Near a beautiful beach, restaurant, Takamaka rum factory. The hosts are caring, let us stay more early before ckeck in. The host took care of transportation to the airport, early in the morning. We are grateful for the lovely gift.
