“Mahahaual is a wonderful beach village with its own special peaceful vibe.”
Great location near the sea. Our room was not directly by the sea. There was also a road and an empty lot between our balcony and the sea. We still had a sea view.

“Just good for one night in Mahahual”
The cabanas at Palmeras de Mahahual just fulfilled our expectations. The room is small, but has a comfortable bed. There is no closet or chair which makes it a bit uncomfortable. The location is at the beach, but you have to cross the street, short walk.

Good location on the boardwalk. Nice to have a fridge in the room and a small safe with a key. Always happy to have outlets on each side of the bed for device charging.

“Nice hotel, good location”
Welcoming Staff. We liked the location as we had many restaurant options around us without beeing in between all of them. We got a discount for a nice snorkeling tour and tips for restaurants.

It is worth taking a more expensive room with a direct view of one of the few still undeveloped part of the beach. The whole building, ecologically built of wood, makes the stay in it a pleasant experience. The room was clean, the staff nice and the bed very comfortable. If I had to choose again I would definitely choose this hotel.
