I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience we had during our recent stay. Frankly, the lack of communication and support was unacceptable and created unnecessary stress for my family, particularly with a young child involved. No Access Instructions Provided When we arrived at the property, we called the number provided in our reservation for access guidance — and were left standing outside in the cold for over 30 minutes with a 10-year-old who had been traveling all day. No access instructions were sent in advance, not even 24 hours before check-in. When I eventually reached someone, I was told I shouldn’t have called and should’ve checked the booking platform instead — a completely inappropriate and unhelpful response. This is not acceptable customer service. We only recieved access instructions after we kept on calling Locked In – No Exit Instructions Once we got in, we discovered there were no instructions on how to exit the gated apartment. I sent messages and received no response until after we had left. We had to resort to putting our hands through the gate to open it from the outside. This is a safety concern and a basic logistical failure. Key Return Instructions Sent at 3AM Instructions for returning the key were emailed at 3:00 AM — by which point I was already preparing for a 4:00 AM flight and didn’t see the message in time. This kind of last-minute communication is completely impractical and inconsiderate

Very nice apartment! Very closed to bus station to Disneyland! A suggestion only, the mattress has to be changed!

The location was very good.

I politely asked for the booking information in English as there was a lot of information and instructions sent through in French, (several pages of instructions to enter the property and also asking for card details for damage deposit). I didn’t want to get anything wrong, however they replied with “use google translate, like we have to!!” I did eventually manage to do it all via google translate but this was very stressful. I was then also charged an extra €67.00 the following day (as well as the agreed one night stay fee) and I am still waiting for a refund as the extra/unkown charge €67.00

40 min walking distance to Disney Land. 10 min walking distance to the nearest Disney hotel with free shuttle to the park . Close to shops and bus station.

Great location for an early start in Disneyland. Clean. For two people I would say it it very comfortable. Nice and clean and has all the needed facilities.

Location to Disneyland was perfect. You could easily walk to the first hotel that is connected to the free busservices. Busses are very crowded but the accomodation os not to blame for that.
