“The perfect stay!!”
I absolutely loved the historical building, the spacious car park and the easy motorway access. It’s only a 10-minute drive from Perugia and Lake Trasimeno. If you’re planning a trip to Tuscany this could be a great option too. The staff was lovely and the owner was friendly, even giving me a few recommendations. It’s also a good place for breakfast.

Comfortable, nicely decorated and with a super-helpful owner. Excellent pizzeria downstairs which saved us having to travel after a long day's hike.

It was clean. Ideal for our one night stay and there was a fantastic Pizzeria attached to the B& B. The breakfast down the road was very good quality, typical croisants and hot drink. The croisants were larger than we expected and we got 2 per person. There was a good supermarket about 200mtrs away called Gala. Very good prices.

Very pleasant room with great shower and comfortable bed. Lots of parking space for cars and a covered area provided for motorbikes - thanks! Staff were very pleasant and spoke good English which we appreciated. Breakfast was covered with a voucher for a nearby cafe which was delicious! Lake Magione is close by and is very picturesque. The local town has a good selection of restaurants - we ate in Al Sottobosco which was excellent.

Private parking and restaurant attached to the building. Air conditioning right by the bed worked extremely well. Host also filled the fridge with 4 water bottles.

the b&b is situated in an industrial area. the restaurant was closed and the owner did not know. so for dinner and breakfast we have tot go along a very busy road with a lot of traffic which was dangerous

Very easy to find. Room and bathroom totally OK., except that the shower was with a curtain. Good bed. The owner opened the room for us as we were some hours earlier. Very nice of him! Thanks again!
