Amazing location & view

I was upgraded to a junior suite where the view was fabulous and the service was excellent, it was so relaxing by the pool area, although it was crowded, it am planning to come back in the near future.

Unsettling experience. This hotel took our IDs at check-in and failed to return them. After realizing they were missing, we called the hotel and were told they “didn’t have them” and would call us back if they turned up — which never happened, as they made no real effort to help. We were forced to drive all the way back across the island because they were useless on the phone. The moment we arrived, the receptionists clearly knew we were missing our IDs and acted like nothing had happened. In the end, they handed them back with no real explanation or apology. The whole situation felt sketchy, careless, and dishonest — without any concern given to personal identification documents that we needed in order to travel off the island.

Really Nice Hotel Very Central Location. Only 20 mins away from everything. Breakfast is included which is nice! The Pool area is really good too - lots of sunbeds also so I doubt you'll ever find it hard to get one The hotel is connected to Nikki Beach which is good because you get all the music & Ambience from the beach club there without having to be in with all the people - Nikki beach also do a nice lunch :)

The hotel is well situated near the beach. My room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed. The view from the terrace was also stunning and relaxing. The organisation of breakfast and dinner is confusing because there are four restaurants, and you need to follow the scheduled times for each. For example, one of them does not serve dinner two days a week. The meals are pretty good and taste pleasant, with a good variety of options for a 10-day stay. The hotel staff are friendly, but they can improve their proficiency in English.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely large balcony offering a beautiful mountain view. The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of delicious options. The pool area was also very nice with plenty of sunbeds available, and I really appreciated the ‘Do Not Reserve Allowed’ policy so everyone could enjoy the space. Large towels were provided daily, which was a nice touch.

Amazing location, with beach room view, perfect breakfast, the staff was very friendly and most of them were speaking english too. Would definitely recommend it. 👌🏽

“Beautiful hotel next to Nikki Beach”

In general the hotel is gorgeous, the beach very beautiful and absolutely great breakfast, with many varieties and really nice design of the food. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools , 1 only for adults. Both are very nice and with comfortable deckchairs. A really nice smell as you enter the hotel.

“Great Hotel but not peaceful in the daytime”

Great Hotel. Nicely decorated. Very Melia. Location was good. Very close to the beach, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Staff helpful when needed. Would recommend Level for the breakfast experience as more choice and more personable. We had a junior suite which was a great size. Comfortable beds.

It was the most stressful stay: in the room, the toilet and shower had glass walls. Beyond the fact that I find it strange for someone — anyone — to be able to watch you while you're on the toilet, there's no point even mentioning the sounds. Personally, I prefer privacy. I ended up using the hotel's public restrooms. To me, it seems like the most poorly thought-out architectural decision

“Great option for staying near Palma.”

The hotel is well located in relation to Palma and other beaches. There are restaurants and small markets right in front. Even though the area is busy, it’s still quiet. The staff is attentive, and the highlight is the excellent breakfast.

“Entertaining & Disappointing”

Entertaining and disappointing. Family friendly, fantastic Kids Club, great activities for adults, wonderful staff, separate adults and family pool, dinner buffet is incredible, breakfast buffet is great. It's a party hotel, with loud music playing most of the day, weekends are quite chaotic. No water offered by the pool. The area is not an accurate representation of the real beauty of Mallorca.
