“Most beautiful hotel in Mallorca!”
Literally the most beautiful, inviting hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in!! From the moment we arrived, the location, the staff, the rooms, the pool, everything was absolutely perfect! I would absolutely recommend and have already booked to come back! I can’t imagine anything anyone would complain about!

“Nice stay, would return”
The hotel is very nice, clean, comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The activities for the kids are very active and my daughter loved it. They even gave her a gift when we left, amazing.

I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Ho Tram Beach Resort. The staff were lovely and very attentive, the food was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The whole resort had a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. I would happily stay here again.

“Need refund for 1 st night it was absolute horrible”
The first night we could not sleep very hot, instead of ac they run the heaters which was absurd, after many request they gave the fan

“Amazing hotel and well located”
The hotel is great! It is well located (just in front of the beach, close to bus stop, supermarkets and restaurants), has nice facilities (swimming pool, gym and spa), amazing breakfast, and activities for adults and kids. The room has a small fridge and a balcony.

“Great stay for a business trip”
Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Staff was helpful and the check in process was very quick. Swimming pool looked lovely but we didn't get a chance to use it. Food in the restaurant was tasty - we had lunch there twice. It's by the beach very easy access and also lots of bars and restaurants at the beach front. It was easy to get a taxi either from hotel or Uber.

I have been to the property over 10 times. I do think that the pool area could do with some work. Pool nice and clean just some of the decking area is dated.
