Literally everything - it was beyond what I expected with free water in the refrigerator, free towels for the amazing glass pool at the top, and so on - very nice

Great big variety breakfast. Awesome central location ! From the room to the beach in 5 min. Huge variety of Restaurants all within 5-10min walk. Pharmacy in 3 min. Great very friendly personal, 24h Reception Desk. Free minibar. The whole Hotel is kept very very clean and neat. Sound proof rooms.

Fantastic location. Clean and spacious room. Great selection of food at breakfast and appreciated breakfast staying open until 11am. Free water provided to room everyday. Spacious balcony. Good storage space in the room for luggage and clothes. Great views from rooftop pool. Enjoyed the pools / food / toilet facilities. Appreciated getting a free pool towel every day.

Very clean hotel & modern, room was very spacious we had a sea view loft room - staff extremely friendly and very pleasant Pool area lovely and we did get beds no problem, good value for money given the location and modern appeal

“Very luxurious experience”
Great location, close to bus stops, restaurants and shops, close to the beach and a short walk to Palma nova beach. Amazing atmosphere at their Shallow Sun club with 2 big pools and amazing views. I was traveling solo and staff were helpful and welcoming.
