“Everything is perfect. Nicest Accommodation in this area and best host!”

This place is absolutely amazing! Tum was so attentive and provided so many great recommendations in the area, as well as sending beautiful photos and information about the fisherman houses and area in the past. The plunge pool was such a nice relief from the heat. It's also close enough to the beach to hear the waves lapping on the shore at night. It's right beside the Fitkoh Beach Café, so very convenient for the 7am yoga classes there. Also only 5-8 minute walk to Fitkoh gym and Bantai padel 😊 plenty of restaurants around, and they have a gorgeous private area beside the beach with loungers, hammocks, and kayaks for guest use! Also have to mention the gorgeous dogs, especially Mimi who was waiting erith a wagging tail outside my door every morning before I went to yoga. The place just has gorgeous energy. Will also mention that I used the laundry service neary every day (I was doing a lot of activities at Fitkoh and Bantai padel) and the laundry came back within 24 hours and it was super convenient! Cannot recommend this place enough. When I go back, I will be staying here again! Have added some photos (mostly of Mimi), my plunge pool faced the back, which I actually liked because it was very private and quiet, but I also had a front deck with seating which had a beautiful beach view. Two plunge pools face back and two face the water, but they all have decks on both sides 😊

Very beautiful, authentic bungalows. Warmhearted, friendly thai owners with good english language knowledges. Helpful, great informations. And a lovely long romantic beach only a few meters away. Delicious restaurants near there. Excellent breakfast in the connected hotel on the beach.

“Highlight of our trip”

EVERYTHING!!! The location, the beach, the bungalow, the owners, the adorable dogs Mimi and Crossiant!!! The breakfast! It’s hard to put into words how perfect our stay was. Waking up everyday to the sound of the waves and a fresh breakfast was just dreamy. The owners were just so kind, the loveliest people. They have kayak, paddle board, inflatable, snorkels all free of charge for residents to use. We used the snorkels everyday! We also used the kayak for sunset and it was amazing!! I am a vegetarian and they helped me find restaurants in the area which accommodated my dietary requirements. The breakfast was always fresh and delivered right outside your door. The rooms are cleaned everyday and towels are replaced. We had a beach front room with a pool and it was great to have a cool down after a day at the beach. If you are thinking about booking this place, DO IT! We luckily managed to find a 3 day window as it books up so quickly for good reason! Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back :)

“Authentic Thai villas in quiet, peaceful Ban Tai beachfront location.”

Jasmine and Tea House is a small family business owned and managed by locals Jo and Tun. There are four villas designed and built in authentic Thai style and positioned directly across the lane from a private relaxation area and beautiful Ban Tai Beach. Jo and Tun are lovely hosts assisting with booking cars, taxis, etc. They are around to assist but not intrusive. The Ban Tai area is quiet and within easy walking distance of several beach front bars and restaurants, massage, gym and a short walk to a 7/11. Breakfast was set-up on the front deck of the villa each day, next to the private plunge pool and with views to the beach. Mimi the dog added to the relaxed, family-orientated vibe. We highly recommend Jasmine and Tea House for a lovely, relaxed beachfront stay.

The owners go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The property is beautiful ; very clean and comfortable. I loved having breakfast on the patio in the mornings over looking the sea. Having use of a kayak and snorkling masks was great fun. There are a number of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk for a evening meal.

Tum and Joe were amazing hosts, they helped with everything and were so kind! The location + the beach is amazing, we absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back!

We had the most incredible stay during our honeymoon at Jasmine & Tea House over Christmas — it truly exceeded all our expectations. Waking up to views of palm trees and the sea, with our own private plunge pool, was absolutely amazing. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The private beach area was a real highlight, with sunbeds, paddle boards, and kayaks all available to use. Tum was an excellent host — so accommodating and attentive. The breakfast setup each morning was fantastic, with delicious fresh fruit as a lovely added bonus. The property is set in a very secluded beach area, yet still conveniently located, with a couple of great restaurants and a beach bar just along the road, as well as padel within walking distance. Would highly recommend - thank you!

“Amazing stay”

Beautiful apartments with sea views, and plunge pool was great. Amazing hosts could not have been more helpful with recommendations, scooter hire, and even sorting getting a passport back from another island (oops!), made everything stress free. Beautiful location and kayaks, snorkels and sun beds you can use whenever you like.

Our stay here was amazing. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close to restaurants, and a 7-Eleven is about a 10-minute walk away. The beach is literally right next to the house, with private sun loungers, which was incredible. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and always available to give advice or help us with any questions or issues we had. We also rented a scooter through them, which made everything very easy. The breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this place to everyone🫶🏼

“Real paradise in northern Koh Samui”

Absolutely amazing stay, like in paradise. Hosts are lepful, warm and kind. The houses are wonderful, clean, beautiful, breakfast is served on private terrace, the place is in hotel area, very safe with entry guard, and close to beach. Nearby food, drink, massage and 7-Eleven. Host Tum helps with everything, additional wishes, everything, and also has many interesting stories about the place and neighborhood, recommends interesting shops and restaurants. We could not imagine a better place and will recommend to everyone. Thank you, Tum! ♡ you are a lovely soul ♡

“Amazing private bungalow next to a quiet yet stunning sandy beach”

Amazing location, beautiful old and traditional style bungalow right next to great sandy beach, quiet area, nice restaurants nearby. Joe and the team were extremely friendly and hospitable. Very accommodating, when asking for a mosquito net for our little one, they installed one the very next day. Everything cleaned daily, little plunge pool was always a delight to use our little one and for ourselves. Not too far to 7/11 for some snacks and beers. Will be coming again!!

Our stay at Jasmine and Tea House was truly unforgettable. The accommodation was beautiful and luxurious, yet preserved in the authentic Thai spirit. “Amazing!”

Very comfortable rooms in the traditional island samui built. The owners show great passion for keeping the island heritage alive. The accommodation is very comfortable, great beds, very clean and decorated minimalistic with great taste. The little pool outside on the deck was amazing for us and our five year old. The breakfast in the morning is just a great Luxery, eating under the palm trees overlooking the sea. We stayed in house 2, which has the most amazing views. The beach is lovely, not crowded at all with some nice beach side restaurants, and a great walk. The owners arrange everything for you for a good price, like car rental and washing. This side of the island is quit and relaxed, and away from the more commercial side. It comes with the amazing sunsets you want to see! Visiting the island attractions is easily done and fisherman's village is 10 minutes car ride away. So I would 100% prefer to stay in this little paradise than in the busy streets in town.
