Great location in the heart of Mae Hong Son. Clean, comfortable and good value for money.

Room spacious. We changed to air con at last minute and didn’t regret it. There is a handy washing machine next door for 20bht Check in was easy. Breakfast was toast and marmalade which was fine 👍

Location is great - close to lake and night market, but also on a quiet road. Has outdoor space and nice seating area.

We had a lovely 2 night stay!! The host was very sweet and helpful. Location is very close to the temple (17 minute walk) and 5 minute walk to the night market! Everything you need for a comfy stay :)

This guesthouse is in a quiet location close to the night market and main shopping street . The pleasant English speaking host also runs a good little breakfast / lunch restaurant on the opposite side of the lane.

Great location - close to the mountain temple and the center of town. Very easy to walk to bus stop and everywhere else. Nice to have free toast and coffee in the morning at the cafe across the road

The bathroom was entirely renovated and pretty clean. The room are pretty simple with a fridge, they provide towels, shampoo and soap as well as fresh drinking water. There's a free breakfast made of toast, jam and bananas. For a fee you can also get stuff like scrambled eggs, etc.

I got a family room with four beds although I booked for two. Toilet facilities are basic but clean. The water pressure and shower head can be improved or changed. location very close to lake with evening vendor outdoor eating. Not sure if it's there everyday. value for money. Will come back.
