“Perfect location for Madrid”
The room was very nice and comfortable The location was excellent close to shops, restaurants and attractions. And it took us 10 minutes (at 6 am) to get to Barajas airport.

The hotel is so clean, good matters, very helpful, i deal with mr Sergio who was so helpful and always give us ideas about the city where to go , also you can store your luggage for 10€ each pcs each week, which is good if you will leave Madrid for few days and you will come back

“A clean and convenient place in the center Madrid”
The underground parking lot is very clean and secure, it has more than 3 levels if my memory is correct. After checking in, you can use your room card to access the lift from the underground parking directly to your floor. The staff is very helpful and willing to help your luggage. The location is near to the El Retiro Park, can eaily have a morning jogging there. A clean and silently nice place.

Unfortunately, we were not informed that breakfast only begins at 8AM. As we had to leave early on our last day, this meant we were unable to have breakfast at all, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was a miscommunication between the hotel team and the restaurant that resulted in a delay during our checkout. It was later clarified that the issue originated from your end, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.

“Great place to be”
First great thing about the hotel is the staff, location was great, rooms were very clean and breakfast was excellent, all in all the experience was great.
